Our Founders

Cecilie Hvidbak

Cecilie is a multidisciplinary professional and artist. By bridging diverse fields, she brings a unique perspective to organisational growth, culture, and leadership.

MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology (LSE), where she specialised in organisational development and social representation, exploring how collective identities, values, and cultural narratives shape workplace dynamics and transformation.

BA in Humanitarian Law (LSBU), specialised in critical race theory and diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution. She has studied contemporary issues in international development, globalisation, and the socio-political frameworks that shape humanitarian interventions, particularly in relation to the world’s most vulnerable communities.

BA in Theatre and Performance Art (CPH University), Cecilie has cultivated expertise in cultural performance, ritual analysis, theatre production, production and communication, and facilitation. She has worked extensively with creative collaboration, devising processes, dramapedagogical practices and applied theatre, applying these skills to team development, adaptive leadership, and participatory engagement in organisational settings.

Professionally, she has managed multiple cross-functional projects, ranging from strategic development to large-scale creative productions. As a producer, she implemented a Code of Conduct to enforce ethical and inclusive collaboration, ensuring alignment between values and practice across teams.

Mohamad Cherry

Mohamad is an interdisciplinary researcher and community-builder. By drawing from psychology, philosophy, and leadership, he brings a critical and compassionate lens to team dynamics, organisational development, and social impact.

MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology (LSE), where he specialises in high-risk teamwork, communication, and conflict navigation, with a focus on how group processes, leadership structures, and cultural contexts influence collaboration under pressure. His dissertation explores communication repair strategies in aerospace emergency teams.

MA in Philosophy (AUB), with a focus on moral psychology and responsibility attribution. His research examined collective and individual responsibility following the 2020 Beirut Port Explosion, bridging empirical inquiry with philosophical analysis.

BA in Psychology (AUB), where he developed a grounding in intergroup dynamics, prosocial behaviour, and participatory problem-solving. He has also led and trained in a psychosocial support project for refugee children and led peer mentoring initiatives focused on belonging and inclusion.

Professionally, he has held leadership roles in education and student development, including managing a scholarship leadership program and serving as a student representative at LSE and AUB. His work spans pastoral care, project coordination, and civic engagement, including a current initiative revitalising a local park in London to strengthen student–community relations.
